Indemnities
  • The Buyer agrees to indemnify Med Petroleum against all damages and liabilities arising from any acts or omissions of the Buyer or its agents and servants or the Vessel’s officers or crews in connection with the sale and supply of the Products.
  • In the event that these Terms and Conditions are signed by an agent acting for and on behalf of a principal disclosed or undisclosed, then such agent shall be liable not only as agent but also for the performance of all the obligations of a principal under these Terms and Conditions.
